Manu Panwar is the Founder of Himalayan Talks and a distinguished Broadcaster, Author, and Columnist with a career spanning nearly 30 years. A veteran of the Indian media landscape, he has held pivotal leadership roles at premier Television networks including ABP News, STAR News, India TV, and Sahara India Television.Began his journey in 1996 as a Reporter for the prominent Hindi daily Amar Ujala.

Manu Panwar is also a Reuters-trained digital journalist who has served as a consultant for diverse platforms ranging from the multilingual 'The Federal' to the Hindi digital outlet News BEATZ. He is a leading voice in socio-political satire, regularly contributing to the major dailies such as Hindustan, Nav Bharat Times, Amar Ujala, Dainik Bhaskar, Dainik Tribune, and Nai Dunia. Also contribute to the digital platform The Print and Scroll.in

Manu Panwar has extensive experience with All India Radio (External Services Division) and Radio China International, alongside deep roots in regional Akashvani centers like Dehradun, Shimla, Nazibabad, and Pauri.
 
He is an accomplished author and researcher, his contributions bridge the gap between media and academia:Published Author his works include Gaatha Ek Geet Ki (2014), Khabardar, Raja Dukhee Hai (2013), and Samay Se Samvaad (2007). His digital & audio works were released as satire collection Selfie Ka Swarna Yug on Juggernaut.in (2018) and a series of satirical stories on KukuFM (2019).

His scholarly work has been featured in the National Human Rights Commission (NHRC) Annual Journal. He is a frequent speaker at Doon University and Shri Dev Suman Uttarakhand University, contributing to national discourse on Himalayan society and policy.
